"Established in 1996 and funded by generous alumni donations since then, the BSC Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to co-op members equal to one-third of room and board costs for one semester ($1,110). The applications offer an interesting glimpse into the socio-economic breadth of the BSC, and it is heartwarming to know that we are making a positive impact in students’ lives, many of whom could not continue their education without this help. I hope some day these scholarship recipients will remember their experiences at the BSC and give back, too."

Awarded to a woman of color on the basis of need in Hoyt or Sherman.

Judy Gilmore Scholarship

Awarded to a woman residing in Hoyt showing financial need and academic excellence.

June Tichinin Memorial Grant

Awarded to a woman on the basis of financial need and potential for leadership.

Harper Puziss Scholarship

Awarded to a UCB student on the basis of co-op involvement, academic achievement, and financial need.
