Your email address is a combination of your house and the initials of your position, followed by @bsc.coop (e.g. Castro House Manager =

). Your username is your email address without the "@bsc.coop". Step 2: Log in
Go to mail.bsc.coop. Enter your user name (your email address without the “@bsc.coop”) and password (given to you by your predecessor or sent to you to your personal email account) and click “log in” to log in to your coop account. Step 3: IMPORTANT!!! Confirm that you have logged in and fill out your Contact Info
You should have two shared documents within your email account, one is Address Book, and the other is [HOUSE] Manager Info. Filling out the Manager Info document is required so that staff knows that they can contact you, and so that we have you most up to date contact information. For managers with stipends, CO can't release a portion until you've signed off on your email, for all others, it's still nice
to know you're out there. The Manager Info Document The Address Book While only staff and fellow managers of your house can view the Manager Info Doc, the Address book is a reference available to all who have a bsc.coop email account. Also in your documents folder, open it up, find yourself within the various tabs, and update your information. Step 4: Personalize your account
If you don't personalize your account, hopefully your emails will say they're from "Cloyne Workshift Managers" or what have you. However, there's a good chance the previous manager personalized the account and may have forgotten to switch it back upon leaving, in which they get credit for all the emails that you send. To slap your name on the account rather than theirs (or to switch it back to the Manager title name): |
