Andrew assists and trains house-level kitchen managers in safety, ordering, food preparation, etc., and acts as liaison between CK and kitchen managers. The FSC orders produce and keeps kitchen managers updated on produce availability and prices, as well as other food pricing and availability fluctuations.

Heather is the Warehouse Supervisor at Central Kitchen (CK), which supplies houses with food, staples, and furniture, and is responsible for training Kitchen and/or Food Managers in sanitation, food ordering, and food preparation. CK also supervises the BSC's recycling and composting programs.
