
APPLY FOR Fall 2009 AND BEYOND!Thank you for your interest in co-op housing! Please be aware that currently the fall waiting list is very long. You may view the Fall 2009 waiting list and assignment information. If you decide that you want to apply for co-op housing, you will want to send the following to our office: 1. The application form You can also get the form emailed or sent by regular mail by contacting us. How to Submit your Application:Bring it into or mail it to our office: Fax the application to: (510) 848-2114. Be aware that we cannot process your application until we receive your application deposit, so please include credit card information on your fax, or call us with the information after you fax. About the Application Deposit:The application deposit can be paid by: Cash Credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard). You can write the credit card number, expiration date and cardholder’s name on your application form. The application deposit is $50 of which $40 is refundable if you withdraw your application without joining the co-ops. (We retain a $10 processing fee.) If you do become a member, the deposit will be credited toward your co-op membership fee. If you are a UC Berkeley EOP Student, you can receive priority on our waiting list and pay a reduced security deposit when signing a housing contract. To be extended EOP status with us, you must provide verification from the UC Berkeley EOP office located in room 140 in the Cesar Chavez Student Center on the UC Campus.
