Academic Year Housing

During the Fall and Spring, we have about 1260 students living in 3 apartment complexes and 17 room and board houses. Most new residents live in a shared room in one of our co-op houses. Each room comes furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and chair for each person in the room.

You must be a full-time student working on an academic degree to live in the co-op during the Academic Year. See the eligibility guidelines for details.
